The kids broke the chain on our garage door opener on Thursday night and we called Stampede Overhead doors Friday morning. We booked the appointment for 6pm on Monday and the two guys from Stampede (Mark and Neil) showed up 10min early (how often does that happen)? I was really impressed with these guys - they were very polite and I could tell immediately that they actually were trying to save us money on the repair. They presented the option to fix the old opener or go with a new belt driven model along with the corresponding prices. We decided to go with the new opener so the guys put it in and took all of the old parts away with them to recycle which was a nice service to receive. Overall the job went very smoothly, Mark and Neil were awesome to work with and the prices were great. It's obvious these guys take pride in there work and truly care about the customer which is quite refreshing in todays world. Oh, a couple of days later Neil contacted us to see how the opener was working...these guys know about good customer service too!
