Two weeks ago, water from a broken kitchen pipe started to leak into my basement. Got a phone call from my wife and while still at work I was able to get Mr Dima on the phone. He's helped me in the past with a couple of projects (dishwasher and humidifier installation) and given the very good impression he left on me the first time, I did not hesitate to call him again. This being a real emergency, all I can say was that I was truly impressed with the speed and professionalism he handled my situation. He showed up while I was still at work and called me back with the results of his assessments. Less then two hours later, after I finally managed to get home, the leak was gone and he even fixed a lose faucet at no charge. I will for sure employ his services again if needed and I would recommend him to anybody who needs a skilled professional.
