I bought a new higher quality Kitchen Aid dishwasher in the fall of 2014. The machine was used approximately 35 times to the spring of 2016 when it failed to drain, as it turns out the pump failed. I thought it might have lasted longer but oh well, the problem was when the machine was diagnosed and the parts ordered. The service call was in mid- April and it was to take approximately 2-3 weeks . Four weeks later I called and was given a new order number as something had happened to the other one , Three weeks more , another call and hmm give us time..... Finally after 9 weeks a part was found and the machine fixed. The service man Shane was great, the service and order desk not so great. I run a company with 200 employees serving a large range of customers with hundreds of product and know problems can happen but this was just poor service . We have had this companies products in several of our warehouses in several provinces but .............. oh well ........
