Our dog cut himself and bled on the basement carpet. They cleaned it but some of the spots came back where I had tried on my own. They came quickly and re-treated the area. Some still came back so he came back a 3rd time and left me with some spray to treat any more problems. It's all clean now. They were quick and responsive.
