I emailed Bill on Wed and he got back to me early Thurs.and gave quote.The appoint. was set for Fri. and he called on Fri.to say he was a bit behind schedule and showed up on time about 45 min. later than original time.He took about 2 hrs. to complete the 7 screens and the quality and appearance was beyond my expectation.Bill was extremely approachable and knowledgeable in his craft.
