I contacted iInspect 360 when the apartment that I rent was damaged by a flood. iInspect 360 very efficiently took the readings in the affected area and sent me the report that showed elevated levels of mold. I sent this report to the property management company and they quickly did a remediation of the mold in the apartment. During this process, iInspect 360 thoroughly explained the phases for the inspection, the information in the report, and what my next steps should be in addressing this situation. iInspect 360 handled this issue in a professional manner and was always punctual. I did hire iInspect 360 to do an additional mold inspection once the property management company had let me know they had finished the remediation. The issue with the mold was solved. I have recommended iInspect 360 to a number of my friends who own houses and will continue to recommend this company in future.
