I have been wanting to post this, but busy life got the best of me. Here is my review about Dmitri. On Jan 13th, during the very cold week in Calgary, my in-law's furnace stopped working, so they called me to come and take a look. I went there trying to fix this and that as to what I know. In short, I was not able to get the furnace working again, so I called Dmitri for his help. Honestly I didn't expect him to return my call since I knew he would be busy during this cold session, but he did. This was at around 8:30 pm. He called me back and helped me troubleshooting over the phone by exchanging pictures. We managed to get the furnace going again that night, by restarting the furnace. Unfortunately, it stopped working again in the morning. Dmitri did advise me during the call, that it might stop working again. My mother in law called Dmitri in the morning, and he came before noon to take a look and fix. The furnace works fine now. Thank you Dmitri for your quick response and really appreciate your willingness to help, you don't know how much we appreciate especially during the cold cold night like that!!

We used Heatmaster services (Dmitri) to replace our old furnace 2 years ago and took his recommendation to go with Goodman 2 stage. We have been pretty happy with the unit. Dmitri did a really great job with the replacement. He came back last week for a complete service with Ian. They checked for gas leaks, CO+gas, cleaned the flame sensor and condensate trap. They also cleaned the humidifier and furnace housing, and replaced the filters. He explained everything to us. Now we are ready for winter! ... well furnace wise.. never ready for winter myself :) Thank you Dmitri and Ian! Highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond and truly care to their customers; and Dmitri is very responsive to email/text.

We bought this old house which still had this original electric panel. I called Larry @ Casement to take a look and give me estimate. He came the next day and emailed me the estimation on the same day. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and the price is reasonable. He sent someone else to do the work, but the guy did it well. Love their services and will absolutely recommend.

Dmitri is very passionate with his work and has great customer service. I used his service to install humidifier last year and replace our old furnace this month. His work is clean and organised. He also keeps his promises. No problem when it comes with the inspection, it passed the first time. I would totally recommend him.

I was referred by my friends who also used Lux to replace their windows. I got Steve's business card and gave him a call. He came over and gave me quotes to replace all windows. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I then placed a PO. Darryl was our installer, he was also great and professional. Once the windows were installed, they sent a field supervisor to check the works. I feel that the whole process is very comforting, easy, and professional from the customer service, sales, installer and post implementation.
