Valentin is our go-to for any plumbing issue we have had. He is always pleasant, communicative, and reliable. This time, our leaking powder-room faucet deteriorated to the point of not working at all. Valentin was here the next day to install the new faucet we had purchased. He kindly fixed a leak he noticed in the drain and attended to some issues we were having with our exterior hose bibs as well. Never hesitate to hire Valentin. He is a true professional.

John is a delight to work with--pleasant, communicative, respectful, and reliable. His high ratings are truly well deserved. Our porch railings were in desperate need of repairing and repainting. He was able to rebuild the railings down the stairs, which had rotted, matching the style to the original design and ensuring they were solid. He also levelled some patio slabs at the foot of the stairs and did some additional sanding and painting of decorative trim that he noticed was chipping. VERY pleased with the end result. Looking forward to having John back for the next home improvement item on our list.

Not only did he expertly and efficiently resolve the primary issue with the deadbolt, but he also tended to other wear-and-tear issues to ensure the door was in good working order. A full-service locksmith. Heartily recommend!

As always, more prompt, quality work from Valentin. We suddenly had hot water dribbling through our laundry tub pipe that we could not shut off completely with the tap. We initially called Valentin to replace the tap, but decided to replace the tub at the same time, due to its age. Valentin installed both the tap and the tub with his usual care and attention to detail, adding new shut-off valves and affixing the tub securely to the wall and floor. No more wasted hot water. Expert installation. Will continue to rely on Valentin for all of our plumbing needs.

In March, we detected intermittent scratching in our garage ceiling. Gates Wildlife responded promptly, with Chris determining that a squirrel was beginning to prepare a nest. He installed a one-way hatch and came back several days later to remove the hatch and seal up the spot where the squirrel was getting in. Chris assured us that we had called in time as there were as yet no signs of babies. He was thorough, polite, and patient in answering our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gates Wildlife Control.

Two words immediately come to mind when reflecting on our experience with Imran: integrity and professionalism. He is exceptionally pleasant, trustworthy, and considerate. We called Imran to diagnose a problem with our 18-year-old gas fireplace. He responded the same day, was respectful of our home, and did only what was necessary to resolve the issue. He took the time to advise us on what to do should the problem reoccur. Imran’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction is impressive. He clearly earns every one of his positive reviews.
