The professional treatment starts right from the first phone call. Craig fully explained what to expect and we got exactly that. What impressed us the most was the clean up. If we didn't know any better (and a tree wasn't missing) we wouldn't have thought he hadn't been there yet. No mess.. no leaves, twigs or saw dust... We highly recommend CB Tree Experts
