I found DrainWorks on the Internet and recognized the company from seeing their vans on the road. All of my questions were answered when I spoke with Will on the phone, and I was pleased to find he could provide an estimate for the camera scope over the phone. He said he could have a technician at my house within a few hours. I said I wanted to do some cost comparisons and he understood. He told me to feel free to do some investigation but was kind enough to share with me what makes DrainWorks stand apart from other drain companies. It didn't take long for me to call Will back. When I asked if there was an additional charge because it was after 6 pm on a Friday, I was so surprised to find the rates are the same any time of day or night, weekday or weekend. The technician, Matt, showed up right on time and the comfort I had with DrainWorks over the phone grew once Matt started explaining the problem. He took his time to help us understand our situation and what our options were. He was professional and his experience and ability shone through as he worked. He took great care to ensure he cleaned up the work area before he left. It's never nice to find there is a problem with your household plumbing, but getting it fixed so quickly and by such a customer service focused company made the experience much easier.
