Joe ... our technician ... as always did a fantastic job at repairing my gas stove that I "inherited" when I purchased our home. I have used "Waterloo Appliance" many times and have always been more that pleased with the service. Joe is a perfect gentleman and is really good at his ability to fix an item. He also has amazing ideas how "things" can work better in the kitchen so that you get longer life out of an appliance. Joe is fare and honest about the work that needs to be completed. I also love it when I get to talk to "Andrew" the owner ... really accommodating and nice guy.
