Tip Top Appliance Repair sent Flavio to repair my fridge. Ice kept forming a the bottom of the freezer drawer. He charged me $240 without correcting the problem. When I Called Tip Top Appliance first time they told me to defrost the fridge for 48 hours. This was after I payed for a complete repair. At the time of the repair the tech did not tell me I would have to do anything further . He took the money and ran and Tip Top stood behind him. Tip Top Appliance told me it would cost additionally for a part and labour. This after I payed for a repair that never happened but for which $240 was paid. CONSUMERS BE WARNED OF BUSINESS PRACTICES LIKE THIS ONE. STAY AWAY FROM TIP TOP APPLIANCE.
