We moved into our custom home by RS Homes two years ago. Our experience during the design build process was excellent. Recently we have an issue likely caused by ice built up in the roof during the winter. I sent an email to Ramtin and he replied immediately that he asked me not to worry and they will take care of it. This is after more than two years I moved in. Finding a quality builder is not easy already, finding a builder that has an excellent after sales service and will stand behind their product is even harder. I am happy I made the right decision a few years ago. RS Homes has demonstrated that they really care about their clients.
