Purchased both a furnace and an air conditioner this year. The air conditioner did not work and was discovered a couple of months later due to the weather finally warming up. All attempts to contact HSE have failed. None of their phone numbers are answered. Some are permanently busy. Contacting all former contractors/employees (such as admins) have resulted in feedback that they no longer work for HSE. The e-mail written at the bottom of my receipt (info@homeservicesenergy.com) is a fake e-mail address and anything sent immediately bounces back as a failed send. Their website form submission results in no successful communication. One lady called and the phone was completely garbled and I could not make out more than 1-2 words she was saying. I explained this to her repeatedly and asked that she e-mail me. I never received an e-mail. I resubmitted phone call attempts and got no response. HSE has taken my money and not provided a working air conditioner at this point.
