Our existing Trane furnace and A/C had reached end of life, after years without any issues. Of course this would happen during a heat wave. After reviewing multiple quotes, Furnace King not only provided a highly competitive bid but they also packed it with plenty of worry-saving warranties. When I was getting the quote, I was fully educated by the excellent representative on what I needed to know about what system I would be getting. The install took about 6 hours including cleanup. The two installers were exceedingly professional and took extra care to not dirty or damage my home. They installed the equipment and made modifications as necessary that I would have wanted, without needing to ask me. Finally, they carefully went over and explained everything to my satisfaction. I really feel like I have a partner with Furnace King and, though I have support and warranties with them, I suspect that I will be rarely calling them as the install went flawlessly. I am now enjoying my new system, both heating and cooling, during these crazy Spring temperature fluctuations!
