This company installed a furnace in a house which I bought from first owners Sept 2006 - house was 2 years old. Problem is anemic air flow to master bedroom Investigation of ducting in unfnished basement revealed 1) ducts to master had been improperly connected, 2) multiple branches and transitions before the master branch. The ducts were then properly connected and sealed resulting in slightly better airflow but master still cold. Closing baffles on other vents did not increase air pressure in master. Answer is that the system was improperly designed ie too many branches too far Clealy the problem will be worse come summer - when heavy air is harder to push than hot air... Called company to get advice with intention of hiring them to fix the problem. Company tried to blame problem on drywalling lack of insulation etc. Said they would not install "booster fan" and that there was nothing that could be done. Showed little interest in the problem did not accept that they had made a mistake in the system installation. In a world of "FedEx - type" customer service their response was very poor. Guess I'll have to find a 3rd party supplier to fix the problem they created - will never do any business with Downsview Decor.
