Air Force was on time, efficient, very thorough and took the time to explain the duct and dryer vent cleaning process. Caco was tidy, pleasant, respectful and kept me informed during the process. He took the time to vacuum debris around the vents and took before and after photos. A+

I wouldnt hire anyone else but John for any home renovation or repair! This is the 4th project hes done for us. He is meticulous, on time, tidy and very genuine. He offers great aesthetic ideas, has a real knack for colour and is amazing at putting together Ikea furniture! My sons room looks great!

Valentin is the best plumber! He is friendly, honest, conscientious, well priced and tidy. I have used his services several times over the years and he is always quick to respond, flexible with appointment times and is knowledgeable. He is a skilled tradesman who can easily advise or diagnose a problem. I would only ever hire Valentin.

This is the second time I have hired John and I wouldn't entertain hiring anyone else. In a bedroom, John installed and painted new baseboards, expertly painted the room, installed new blinds, built an enormous Ikea PAX system and bed. In addition, he repaired and painted a damaged bulkhead in my basement, fixed a fence post, installed a hose hanger, replaced the weather stripping on our front door, painted the front door inside and out and suggested a striking colour combination! John has a very easy manner but is conscientious, tidy and takes pride in his work. He is quick to text or call back. He is polite, personable, punctual and a true craftsman. He also has has a great eye for design and colour. I really think there's nothing he can't do!

I have used Valentin on several occasions in the past and he has always done a superior job. He is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I did not hesitate to call him when my toilet wouldn’t flush recently. I explained the problem and he asked me to send some pictures of the toilet. He then advised me on how to fix this problem on my own! He is incredibly honest. He was absolutely correct that it was easy, took five minutes and $6 to fix.

Kevin is the standard by which customer service representatives should all be judged. He is knowledgeable, honest and incredibly competent. Carl is very knowledgeable and thorough. He will return to check on baits again and again until the problem is resolved and gives very practical advice. He is tidy and respectful. I wouldn't use any other company.

I hired John to do some home maintenance repairs and he completed them expertly and in a timely manner. He didn't mind when I texted him and added a few extra items to the list - LOL. He repaired a pocket door and a bi-fold closet door and installed closet shelving. He caulked a shower, repaired a landing with wood putty and varnish and replaced two registers. Lastly, he repaired and tightened my banister spindles and painstakingly painted them. He takes pride in his work, is honest, cleans up his work area and he's a VERY nice guy! His work is only outshined by his gracious manner and sense of humour. I would not hesitate to hire John again.

Very satisfied with AC's service. Some electricians won't even consider a small job like replacing four outdoor light fixtures but AC is honest when it says they do small jobs. The electrician found some "old school" (fire hazard!) wiring and was honest and fair in his pricing. He was also polite and cleaned up. Would not hesitate to hire AC again.

I called Richard on a cold Sunday morning when I woke up in a freezing house with freezing children. He was so kind and giving of his time and asked me to run through a few things to help him assess the problem so he could get the parts ASAP. He called back several times to see if anything had changed. AMAZING service! He was at my home at 7AM Monday morning with the parts and was able to repair my furnace. His pricing is fair and his work is unparalleled. I wouldn't call anyone else but Coretemp.

This is the third time we have hired Natanael's company to do a home renovation for us. We would not consider hiring anyone else. He is honest and upfront about cost and kept me up to date on any additions or questions. The crew are skilled, precise, diligent, tidy and very hard working. The main room in our basement was in need of updating (P&P had already renovated the other two rooms). They leveled the floor,installed new flooring, lots of potlights and had amazing storage ideas. Natanael pays great attention to detail like widening a doorway and moving vents to the centre of the room for better heating. A crack team of painters painted the basement and my daughter's room beautifully and the electrician put a semi-flush mount light fixture in my living room without damaging the delicate, original plaster ceiling. Honestly, I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Craig was very accommodating during his quote and arranging payment. His quote was competative and he called several times to ensure we knew how to use the a/c remote. The work was completed in a timely manner and the crew was tidy.

I was referred to Mags by the company that installed my tankless water heater, furnace and a/c. He was courteous and professional and very patient. He saw my problem immediately and had the lines drain correctly into the stack. He is reliable, precise, quick and cleaned up!

We hired P&P two years ago to build a laundry, storage and bathroom in our basement and couldn't have been happier. When it came time to renovate our kitchen, we didn't even entertain the notion of other contractors - we called P&P Renovations. Natanael and his crew are A+. Natanael was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous as was everyone who worked with and for him. He gave us excellent ideas on how to make our kitchen more efficient and modern. I was kept updated everyday and the crew worked HARD and on weekends if necessary and cleaned up every evening. He sent me to trusted suppliers for tile and granite and everyone I met was professional and honest. We had three new cabinets installed, new back splash, granite counter tops and ceramic tiles from our front door, through the hallway, into the kitchen, powder room and mudroom. In addition, new electric light fixtures throughout,new vanity and tiles in our main bath and fresh paint just about everywhere. We added an additional six day office and handrail reno during the main reno. P&P rose to the occasion and completed everything within the original timeline of 20 working days - phenomenal service!

From our first meeting with Nataneal we felt he truly understood our needs and had some wonderful ideas for our "little" renovation. His team: Iraldo, Ariel, Walter, Mauricio and Israel are hard workers with exceptional skills. They were on time, friendly, reliable and cleaned up each evening. The job was finished early and within budget. Nataneal and his crew take pride in their work. He also kept me posted on all aspects of the project during the 3-week process. I would not hesitate to hire them again and again!

Robert and John cleaned my ducts yesterday. They were punctual, professional and friendly. They explained the process, were concerned about my son falling over the hoses and were careful my cats were secured during the cleaning. They moved furniture and put everything back perfectly. They were thorough and fairly priced. The office staff is friendly and even called to remind me of the service a day before. I wouldn't use anyone else. Capps is Tops!

Upon moving into a new house this summer we found earwigs just about everywhere - yuck! Advantage was on time, professional and fixed the problem quickly. I've had them back to deal with several bees nests and spiders and the work has always been exemplary. It is easy to get early morning appointments and the office staff is friendly.

It's been a few months since the work was done but I must say, Bob is an amicable and professional salesman who knows his business. His crew is professional, clean, thorough and very hard-working. They discovered that two of my bathroom vents were venting into the attic and took the time to fix the problem. When this caused the job to go over the original price by more than $2,000 I was kept informed throught the process. The office staff is delightful as well.

Richard and his staff are truly first class, professional, honest and hard working. I had a new furance, tankless water heater, ac & humidifier installed over 2 days. Richard educated me on the tankless system and the various furnaces and air conditioners available. With his instruction and my own research, I felt well-informed and able to make such an important decision. The team was clean and continued to keep me informed as they progessed with the installation. This company is fantastic. Their work is a point of pride and it shows.
