Kitchen sink plumbing was on borrowed time with obvious signs of corrosion so we wanted to get the ball rolling on fixing the issues before they got worse! Chris from Drain Works came by our condo to check out the situation and he immediately informed us that the existing plumbing wasn't up to code due to a lack of fire safety rating and this was clearly for our benefit and not a sales tactic. A quote for the work was given on the spot and it was less than I expected based on quotes sought for the same job from other plumbers when I looked into it pre-Covid so that's always a bonus, and he even pointed out that the existing hot water supply line for the dishwasher (installed but not hooked up) was a specific type of piping (Wirsbo) which required a specialist tool to work with which he didn't have...again, informative and helpful without being a pushy salesman, but instead an informative tradesman! He offered information on a plumber who dealt with Wirsbo and also offered a solution on how to work with the existing plumbing in order to achieve the desired goal of eventually hooking up the dishwasher. Although unplanned, the additional work was quoted on the spot again and once agreed he got straight to it without any issues. Overall, Chris was able to kill two birds with one stone while offering helpful and useful information along the way while completing the jobs in a quick, efficient and professional manner. More than happy with the work being done and wouldn't hesitate to call Drain Works again for future plumbing jobs.

We have a hall closet which had an awkard layout due to a void space at the back which was a side effect of the larger design of the condo. Due to the space constraints, we weren't able to source an 'off the shelf' solution so anything we did in the space had to be custom built. After a lot of homework, we decided to go with Closet Town and we're glad we did! Adi was quick to reply via email with an original quote for the space which was very reasonable; however, due to other issues we had to postpone the job over the holidays. When we were ready to finalize the job, Adi was quick to respond and attended for an in person discussion and to provide a more specific quote. He listened to our thoughts/concerns/needs for the space and quickly sketched a plan which was exactly what we needed. No job ever goes exactly as planned, and in this case the small change was due to an oversight on our part which Adi was quick to assist with and we ended up with exactly what we needed to make the space a success! If we could give more stars we would and won't hesitate to call Adi for our next closet renovation!

We bought a new TV for the living room and decided to have the 'old' TV mounted in the bedroom. Instead of running around trying to source bits and pieces in the middle of a lockdown, I reached out to Denis at GTA TV Wall Mounting and he replied quickly with a date/time that worked for us. He called well in advance and advised he could be by earlier than originally scheduled which worked fine for us, and as previously mentioned he was professional and very efficient. From the time he entered the space to the time he walked out I think no more than 15 minutes passed and the job was done without any issues. Suffice it to say I would highly recommend Denis for your TV installation needs.
