I had a light switch making sizzling noises. The electrician arrived and had the problem diagnosed in less than 5 minutes. I needed a new switch. He replaced that switch, no more sizzling! I am obviously quite pleased with the outcome. It didnt cost that much as repairs go these days.

My furnace tech, Sarah, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Very efficiently performed the maintenance inspection -all was well. She answered some questions I had about battery performance in my thermostat. This is the second year I’ve had Sarah as my tech, and I’m very happy with her work.

I am very happy with Caper Electrical Services. My family and I had attempted to install a new outdoor light by ourselves. We reached the point where the old light was off, exposing the wires, but couldn't figure out how to get the new light hung. I called Caper, having found their name and excellent rating on Home Stars, and they were very accommodating and able to help me out very quickly, before I panicked about exposed wires and rain. In fact, due to some fortunate-for-me timing in their jobs, they were there within the hour, which was above and beyond, and very much appreciated. When they arrived I found them to be very friendly, and my new light was competently hung and hooked up. I would certainly call upon them again and recommend them to friends.
