Steve, from Drain Rescue, is a true professional who provided the advice to get the job done in the correct way without sacrificing quality for a quick fix. Before talking to him I didn't have any idea what the considerations were, and I was about to follow a non-expert's advice to put in a drain that would have caused me a world of hurt. Obviously the price to do the job right was a bit higher than the work-arounds, and he allowed me enough time to think and decide. Thanks
