Called DrainPro as our toilet had a water leak. The office staff were very pleasant and professional. Gave me a 4 hour window for the service call however received a call indicating the plumber could come earlier in the day. Was called a second time to say the plumber was enroute. Excellent customer relations! Matt and Matt arrived discussed the problem with me and provided an with a cost estimate. They proceed to do the work and then advised me that the cost was less than expected. Explained everything that was done and why. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company if you want excellent service and workmanship not to mention honesty and integrity.
