Adrian came with his son to install the Excalibur water softener last week in Waterloo. The son kept slamming our door every time Adrian asked him get something from his van. Adrian just plopped the water softener totally in unorganized space rather where he took the old one out from. To fix this problem, he just twisted the water softener to the right and now all the pipes are twisted. Then he squeezed the drain pipe into my laundry drain pipe which is 1 1/2 inch and both pipes are so squeezed that it would have caused it to over flow when using the laundry. I could not take the pipes out with my strength so I called him to take it out and fix it properly. He said he will come over but still no sign of him and not responding to my calls. The unit have 7 year warranty that he will not honor since he wont respond to my calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ADRIAN'S WATER SOFTENERS. I will be calling Excalibur now with this issue.
