The work he did in the basement was well done, no complaints about that. HOWEVER, he turned the water off to do the work and I came into the kitchen to find him pulling on my kitchen taps quite hard. His comment was that he turned the water off and came up to bleed the water out of the tap. He also mentioned my tap was "kinda loose". No kidding! After pulling on it, it's a lot looser than it was before. Once he turned on the water, the water pressure in my kitchen tap is less than half of what it was. It's a very small stream, almost a trickle now! And when you turn it off, it takes a few seconds to stop dribbling. It didn't do that before today. Also, Mark obviously has mobility issues and stairs are a challenge for him. He leaned on both the railing on one side, and the trim on the other side of the stairs coming up from the basement and broke the trim. As he was leaving he tried to carry too many things at once and dropped a bucket full of stuff on my front step. The bucket spilled its contents of little pieces of silver metal all over the steps. He cleaned it up, but left a few pieces behind. I would definitely not recommend DS Plumbing to any of my friends or neighbours, or members of my facebook community group!
