From the inspection Adam did to the work Henry and his team did, it was a great process. Top Hat's team showed up on-time, removed the chimney as discussed, capped the inside and cleaned up after themselves. The bill was exactly as promised, no surprises. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

We needed our ducts cleaned after a major renovation. Air Force's team showed up right on-time and they did very good work. There was an issue with something being dropped on a new floor but honestly, mistakes happen and what matters most to me is how a company handles them. Adel, the owner called me almost immediately and followed-up multiple times. He offered to cover the repairs for any damage without any hassle. A member of his team also called to apologize. You can't ask for anything more. I absolutely recommend Air Force!

tl;dr You can order a couch and ottoman from hundreds of places. Find a place with great after service care. Direct Interiors is not one of those places. We ordered a sofa, leather ottoman and a sectional couch. Took about 2.5 months to arrive. Sofa from Rowe Furniture is nice. The cushions don't fit quite right but it's not worth sending back over. Very comfy. The ottoman, made by Brentwood, was the wrong size, has poor stitching and is bubbling in places. The sectional couch, from Rowe Furniture, looks descent but the materials used were not the quality we paid for. The mark of great customer service is not whether or not a business make mistakes, they are inevitable. It's how they handle things when something does go wrong. In the case of Direct Interiors, their after sales care is not good. To be polite. Service dept. is clueless. Phone calls and emails don't get returned. The salesperson on our account accused my wife of causing the errors and then when the my wife produced documentation to the contrary, she proceeded to blame everyone else but issued no apology for her accusations. They then wanted 2 to 3 months to make it right. It took a call to our credit card company (ALWAYS pay the deposit, at a minimum, on a credit card), to get Direct Interior to begin acting quickly. As it stands, we are still, 4 weeks after delivery, waiting to hear if/when our new couch cushions and sectional will be delivered.

Dimitri is excellent. Why? His attention to detail and insistence on doing things correctly. We needed a new antenna installed, two cables run from it, one to the basement and one to an upstairs bedroom. We also needed a doorbell system installed and had a tonne of old, useless cables hanging around the house that were ugly and confusing. Dimitri installed everything over two visits. He was prompt, friendly and insisted on doing things correctly and methodically. If you care what the finished product looks like AND how it functions, he's your guy. His price was also exceedingly fair. Especially given the quality of his work. We will absolutely call him again and recommend him for any other wiring or cable jobs.

John Takla from Mersey came by to install our new Honeywell Lryic thermostat. Did a fantastic job. Quick, clean and efficient install. He then (at no charge) fixed a few issues with our furnace that was keeping the house from being properly cooled and made some suggestions that made a huge difference. This is a guy / company that actually cares. Give them a shot.

Gary and his crew are fantastic. Polite, professional, on-time and on-quote. My wife and I are enjoying the peace of mind that comes with the added layer of security Window Armour provides. Unfortunately, the only way to test it out is to take a baseball bat to our windows and Gary wouldn't cover those costs ;) Having just moved into a new home, we truly appreciate it when a contractor values service and customer care. Window Armour is one of those contractors and we can't recommend them enough. Thank you!
