The roof looks great and dealing with the rep here and the crew was mostly a good experience. There were a few times when I couldn't get in touch with the rep and also the crew was not always considerate (leaving sharp bits of metal around the house). I appreciated the 0% interest for a year financing option, and there is a 55-year warranty, so I think it was a good investment. Overall, I'd recommend the company and the product.

After being abandoned by Mr. Foundation with one and a half sides of the house knocked out, OSRS came to the rescue! They secured the house so it was ok over the winter and I always felt safe and respected. When the pipes froze on NYEve, they came in to fix it. They were willing to negotiate pricing and payment terms. I would recommend Mike, Jen, Matt, and all the crew for their professional and personable work.
