Tasco's radio ads claim that they offer great service. This is not true at all. Despite spending over $12000 in all major appliances as well as purchasing an extended warranty (on the advice of a highly trusted repairman), the service they offer is non-existent. It has taken us three months to get our washing machine repaired and it's still not done. Instead of fixing or replacing, they wanted to sell us a new machine. Unbelievable. Three months of hounding them to get service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Your are correct going three months without a washing machine can be very difficult if not down right frustrating. Sometimes parts can go on back order which Tasco has not control over. Also we don't employ technicians we rely on the manufacturer's inside technicians or authorized service centers. In 2009, our house was completely renovated and we needed blinds for 11 windows and one large sliding door/window combination. Each window was a different size, shape and each room required a different solution, for example, cordless blinds for the children's bedroom, blinds that opened and closed from the top-down and bottom-up for the bathrooms. Joel patiently took us through a huge selection of possibilities, styles, options and colours, in our home and helped us find the perfect solution for each room. The entire process, from start to finish was excellent. His measurements precise and the installation was clean, quick and of a high quality. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.
