My overall experience with Space Age Shelving was an absolute 10 out 10. I wanted a professional looking custom-built linen closet and thats exactly what I got. I wasn't sure who to choose.. I called companies advertising in flyers sent to my house, I looked on Kijiji for a professional cabinet maker. No success. One guy came to my house and gave me a quote to later find out he was a scam artist, had a fake company address and requested a deposit in cash. I wasn't sure who to choose. I looked on HomeStars and read the reviews and wasn't sure if Space Age was good. From the first meeting at my house we felt Space Age was professional, took the time to really understand what we wanted and gave us options. We felt comfortable with the quality of work they proposed to do, colour choices, options (slow close hinges, handles, etc) and we took a leap of faith and booked the job. We are extremely happy with the end product and the customer service though the whole process was amazing! They called us to remind us of the appointment, they called us to ask if we were happy with the work, they called us while the installer was at house to ask if we were happy with the service. These guys always had a smile on their face (you could tell over the phone) and you felt like they really appreciated your business. They installed the cabinet and there was one thing which we hoped to change after the install was complete. After we paid in FULL. They sent the installer back to our house (in Milton!!), to fix the one thing we missed was extended out further and didn't charge us a penny. The installer was very knowledgeable and he took his time to perfect the work, didn't rush thew job and made sure he cleaned up absolutely everything after the job. These guys are VERY PROFESSIONAL, HIGH QUALITY and I'd recommend them to everyone. This is the absolute truth. I do not work for them, nor am I related or connected in anyway. I just simply want a high quality product at a reasonable price and expect it to look 100%. I'm very happy and will hire them again to do more projects in my house. You will be happy with their service and work. I've had a lot of trades in my house from all walks - this company is the absolute BEST in Customer Service. Period.
