We live in an older home that has some detailed wood work around both the interior and exterior of all windows. We wanted to retain as much of the detail as possible while upgrading our old wood windows to more modern and efficient windows – not a simple job. We went through the full process of getting multiple quotes and opinions and right from our first meeting, Shawn at Keldan, stood out from the crowd. His straightforward and honest approach made it very easy to get comfortable with the team at Keldan. They were not the lowest quote we received but we thought it was fair given the work that needed to be done. They took the time to measure, remeasure, and walk us through what they were going to do with every window so by the time Shawn and Darren had left our house from their last pre-install visit we had 100% confidence in their attention to detail and had an appreciation for the quality of the work that was about to be done on our house. The actual work went well and actually exceeded our already high expectations - we couldn’t be happier with the new windows and with the full Keldan team.
