We went to turn on our furnace in early December and it would not turn on. We tried the breakers, shutting it on and off, new batteries in the thermostat and nothing worked. We got Ray (the Head Technician) number from a friend and called him. He picked up and even did a facetime session with me in front of the furnace to see if it was something that he could guide me through to avoid the service cost. Once he realized what needed to be done he told me he would be here in an hour and was at my house 45 mins later. He had it all cleaned up and working in 45 mins and stuck to his original cost of $100 service visit. He even took the time to show me how to maintain my HVAC unit and clean it as I have never had one before now. I will be setting annual checkup appointments with Ray from now on. Ray, from Four Seasons Air Control, we will are greatful for your professionalism and great assistance to ensure that we were not left cold at the start of Dec 2019. I would recommend Ray to anyone and will be contacting him in the spring on 2020 to get a whole home humidifier installed as well. Just waiting for Ray to send me some prices for new HEPA air filters as he said he knew a place where I could get them cheaper than Amazon.

We built a new home and the front door lock has been giving us issues for 3 of the 5 years now. We had a custom front door built and had a Weiser lock and even contacted them to get extra long hardware to fit the custom door size. Tired of continuously trying to get it fixed, we called Dimitar and he identified the problem right away. He came the next business day with the new years holiday. Issue - The lock itself was not made for the thick door even with the longer screw hardware. He had another lock in his possession with the same style and colour and he stuck to his original labour cost of $112.50 plus tax for the visit and we just had to pay for the new hardware that was even cheaper than at home depot. He was professional, quick and had drop clothes to clean up even any wood drill debris that he created. True professional and I will recommend him to anyone including family that need his help. Thanks again Dimitar and we will be forever greatful of your help. What a great way to start 2020 with such a wonderful experience.

I had a new home construction and needed a front and back lawn to be cleared of weeds, soil added and area graded as well as new sod added. The approximate square footage was just under 2,000 square feet. Patricio and his entire team came to view the site and take measurements before quoting the job. The only company where the entire team was involved in the review and quote. The same team (with one member substituted) was on site doing the work. They were not the cheapest quote by far but the material was top notch, the work was well done and I was kept informed of all steps as they happened. The total job took 4 days (1 rain day in the middle). Besides for some mud that I had to wash off my walkways, the job was done professionally. Payment was done at the job completion without any ridiculous requirements of 50% up front like some others. I was extremely satisfied and they also sent me a watering and fertilizing schedule for the fall sodding job so that I can follow it and ensure everything goes well over the winter. They work in the area so told me they will drive by over the rest of the fall just to check up on things and asked me to call them in the spring if there are any issues. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a landscape company and job. They did not use power equipment or tools besides for leaf blowers and did the entire job by hand, took their time and were meticulous. Thanks Patricio.
