Frank and his team were meticulous on detail with our patio. The design process was honest and open - when we wanted to curve the edge Frank was willing to do what we wanted but mentioned we'd be paying as if it was square and we changed the design maximizing our value. The crew was punctual and clean, the job site was returned clean to us. Our property has a significant grade and this required more materials at one end of the patio than the other. OCF didn't skimp on materials or underengineer. The rebar was tied in to the house the gravel base was solid and the pad itself is thicker than other companies quoted us. Highly recommended and we love love love our new patio!
