LEFT WITH A UNUSABLE $1000 MICROWAVE BOUGHT LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AGO/with entended warrenty .Cant get any return calls.gotta keep calling to you get sales guy on phone.keep opening tickets. Service company is saying unit is so new GE CAFE doesnt have parts. just about at 4 weeks of trying to get fixed.I know have to wait longer till they get parts in from maybe china. 0 help from CAS sales and 0 help fro GE. will not be buying anymore GE. or shopping at CAS. got my money. They are happy. Duhh how about a cheap loaner till they get parts for my new microwave???? They will not swap it for another!!! Useless company I work in a service department of a distributor.Never would anybody just leave a customer hanging.At no point has anybody picked up a phone. open ticket,open ticket,open ticket. save yourself head aches. buy else where
