Please don't use this company or Kurtis for this work. We had the work done to our house last week and we do not have improved pressure - although he promised we would when he took on the job. I know that we are not connected to the city's improved water service, because we didn't have our upgrades done. However, at first Kurtis said that we were connected. Then he said we may never have improved pressure because all houses are different - different fixtures etc. There was no mention of getting a service order from the city etc. He now wants use to get a lead testing kit - why? All I want is more pressure. I want help not a smoke screen.

This is an awesome company. We have used them for 3 projects - two bathrooms and a kitchen. They did work above and beyond what was required. All their work was excellent!! Sam is responsive, concerned, very polite, and detailed.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. Our neighbour contracted these people to resurface the mutual drive after construction on their house. They did half the work. Blamed us for not telling them what was to be done, even though our neighbour had explained everything to them. Clearly they sought to take advantage of us. Never use them
