Spring Check-up of the Heating/Cooling System
Krys K. went about the work in my condo with quiet efficiency. He explained what he was about to do as well as the results of his investigations. I appreciated his affirming and patient manner since I probably ask some dumb questions. (My late husband always looked after these affairs in former times.) Among other tasks, Krys changed the batteries in my thermostat, something I had forgotten to do but something he did without a complaint. Before Krys left, my appointments for next year were set and I have peace of mind, knowing I can call Roy Inch if a heating or cooling problem occurs.
