Grass was being laid in backyard, back deck was torn down in error.Mattamy did not replace for over 2 mos. House blue prints and lay out was not followd according to purchase contract so the deck had to be modified.It took me over 6 months for them to even listen to my reasoning of rebuilding the same: build it parallel facing east it blocks the basement window, build it facing west the stairs touch the property line. They rebuilt it the same anyhow. After 2 months without a second fire exit, I started shouting about legalalites around building codes. It was more important to them that other neighbors would be mad that I got a custom back deck. **Manager was eventually fired and that is when I recieved a proper custom deck.
