I have used Adams off and on for a couple years mostly just out of convenience, not because they are particularly good. The last time was the final straw, timely service but horrible customer service, overcharged, didn’t install a pump correctly and had to come twice to fix it. I’m on a well and every time someone comes to fix it I hear a different story of how to fix things. No one really knows what they’re doing... they’re fine if you’re in a pinch but there’s definitely more knowledgeable companies out there that won’t charge you an arm and a leg.

They were very professional, fast working and very affordable compared to other companies. They waterproofed my basement, I was really satisfied with their service. I would and have already recommended them for their excellent service!
