We would like to thank Roy and Mayday for the prompt and excellent service that was provided with respect to our blocked drain. After speaking to Roy on the phone, he arrived promptly and assessed the situation with his modern equipment and located the root of our problem which was a broken pipe. He went above and beyond the requirements to complete the job, his fee was beyond reasonable and his service was outstanding. Not only did he rectify our drain blockage, he also arranged for the repair of the pipe and where some might leave the mess for you to clean, he didn’t. Roy, you are truly a gentleman and made a dire situation tolerable and thanks for sharing our anniversary with us. It truly was a memorable one.
