The previous owner of our house attempted to finish the basement but only finished the outer walls and sort of finished the bathroom. It was definitely diy and you could tell. Glacier came in and was able to salvage the outer walls and fix the mess the previous owner left behind. This was our first large scale redevelopment and Bob was very patient and provided great advice which we included in our reno. I totally love the end product, it turned out really great and you can tell by the photos. It's a shame that I don't have before pictures to show because the difference is shocking. We plan on doing the kitchen soon and we will definitely call up Glacier again.

In the last year or two, we've had protech come in to do various things around the house including a BBQ gas line install, kitchen/stove vent install (some reason they built the house with a vent that never vented outside), various plumbing around the house, furnace, AC, and humidifier install. Overall we are quite pleased with the level of service from protech (you can tell by how many times they have been at my house). I usually have high expectations and even when I have the smallest concern about something, Rick is on top of it and the next thing I know, the guys are at the house to fix it. I appreciate the guarantee I get on protech's workmanship and that's why I keep going back. I definitely recommend these guys.

I've hired famfen twice now. The first time was at our previous home which was a new build and needed a full perimeter fence. We've now moved into an older home and needed a portion of the existing fence line demolished and a new fence line extended to the front of the home. On both occasions, the fences were installed on time with quality workmanship, no mess, and the price was as quoted. We'll be calling these guys again when we need more fence repairs.

7 Years Later UPDATE! I unfortunately I have to change my rating for this company. I've had nothing but issues since year 2 or 3 with my roof. ALL of the flashing was not sealed/secured so I've had 23 squirrels removed from my attic. I also have leaks and ceiling damage in two areas. A new roofing company has come over to address my leaks and venting issues. I had paid RidgeCrest extra to get ridge venting installed and my new roofers have told me that I do NOT have ridge venting. Excess heat in my attic has halved the lifespan of my shingles and will need to be replaced in the next 7 or 8 years. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Original: Moved into an older home with cedar shingles that were in desperate need of replacement. Found out about Ridgecrest via their kiosk at the home show in 2015. They contacted me to setup a meeting for a quote not too long after the show. They also had a quick turn around on the quote. Although they were not the cheapest of the 3 quotes I received, they were quite knowledgeable about ventilation which was a huge concern of mine since we have vaulted ceilings and minimal attic space. Once we gave the project the green light, they ordered the products promptly. Once everything was here, the crew was in and out in 2 days! They were super nice, worked long days and even cleaned up the whole site each night. Very impressed and would recommend.
