Judah and his team were absolutely phenomenal! He did the drawings for us then patiently and expertly guided us through what is a very stressful experience. They were able to create a whole new bathroom for me on the main level without compromising my living space in a bungalow. He was kind, attentive and thorough with every step of the process. The contractors were arranged through him and he made sure to help manage their work as well. I would highly recommend anyone using UP for their home renovation - theyre amazing!

My great experience started with the customer service team (thanks Michelle & co) who helped me organize the installers coming out and were very kind every time I forgot to do something. The installers (shout out to Nik) were amazing! They were very professional and efficient. My wardrobes look amazing and I didn’t have to do anything but provide the materials. They installed 6 complete wardrobe systems from scratch and they all look amazing! I am grateful for their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with an installation of any kind.

No installation of the appliances was done initially because I was not told I needed special hoses. Even though I explained many times that I never knew about this requirement of the hoses when I purchased the washer/dryer they keep telling me my inconvenience is unfortunate and they are not able to compensate me for my time, frustration and inconvenience. I will never order anything from CAS again or recommend them as a company.
