Fraser did a complete basement renovation for us which included a full bathroom, a bedroom, 2 storage rooms and a large family room with a stone wall. His workmanship is top notch, he was dependable, stayed on budget and provided us many options along the way to ensure we were putting upgrades in places that were important for the long term. We plan to do a stone wall next year around our fireplace and there is no doubt we will hire him to do the work.

I had hired a general contractor to complete a basement renovation who brought in Ryan from Aardvark Heating and Cooling to complete the duct work- which including moving things around to accommodate the layout. Ryan was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did a quality job. We ended up with an air conditioning issue a few months after the job ended when warmer weather came and Ryan came without hesitation to look at it, while the issue had nothing to do with his work, he provided incredible after sales service, fixed the issue and did not charge us. I highly recommend him for any work you need done.
