We were very impressed with Josh's professionalism, personable customer service and most importantly, the top notch job cleaning our home's windows, skylights, eaves etc. Josh did a thorough job and left his work site clean and tidy. We used Magnus Window Cleaning in November 2019 and ask them back in April 2020. I was made aware of Magnus Window Cleaning when I saw that his crew was working at my neighbour's home last fall. Josh was very sensitive to the current COVID-19 concerns and he proactively reached out to me to communicate the safety measures he would take to protect us and himself while working at our home. Its never a good time for your Dryer or Washing Machine to stop working. I sourced Top Tech through HomeStars. Mors responded to my voicemail right away and was able to schedule a service call the next day (a Saturday). Mors is knowledgeable, conducts himself in a very professional manner and was a pleasure to deal with. He was proactive and brought a few different replacement parts based on my description of the issue. My dryer was diagnosed and fixed quickly at a reasonable cost. I have used Rooted Tree Services twice in the past few years. The first job required removal of a very large, dead tree between my house and my neighbour's. The crew was on time, thorough, safety conscious, extremely courteous and very capable. The job site was left in pristine condition and great care was taken to ensure no damage to our properties or possessions. The most recent job was completed in early May 2016 to remove 2 large broken branches from our very large Maple tree which were lodged high up plus some light pruning. Once again, the Rooted Tree crew did a top notch quality job - fast, safe, clean. They consulted with me numerous times to ensure that the pruning they recommended was "in sync" with my wishes in order to maintain the great aesthetics of the tree's shape. In addition, they provided recommendations and options to consider for some of my other trees and bushes regarding maintenance or replacement.
