This company was great from the moment I met the sales person at the home show two years ago. I have had the installation now for one year. After finding out my needs for a system, the person customized the perfect one for me and gave me all the reasons why. He answered all my questions with the level of detail that I required. Other companies tried to talk me out of what my actual needs were and some were even very rude. He even got the best rebates/programs on the equipment for me. No other company even mentioned rebates. This company followed all the building codes. I have serveral neighbours, that codes were not followed in regards to venting. One of them could have had some serious consequences. The installation went very well, they had work around some complications with minimal cuts to the ceiling, Other companies wanted to rip huge sections of ceiling out. They got high praise from my regular contract for how well they did their job. I went with a high end system because it was going to be worth it in the long run as I am not planning to be moving from my house. I have saved a lot of money since the installation and there never has been any problems.

I got all new windows (7) and each and every window leaks air in about a 2.5 inch lenghth on two sides of the upper window. The wind that blows makes the window makes it the rooms much cooler. When my cat lays on the window sill and gets up, he feels very cold. Even my 40 year old windows didn't do that to the cat. I have still trying to get the company to fix the problem. They sent it over the the manufacture that still won't admit ther is a problem with the windows and says it is within the air leakage. He thinks he may be able to do a patch job. I don't want a patch job and want proper working windows. The company was good with everything up till I had a problem after the installation.

Ordered a dishwasher, received it in March. Went to install it in June. Opened it, it was damaged. called company, had to call Direct Energy for service. they said it was damaged, Direct energy had to call company to replace. called direct energy two weeks later, was told that the company had to call them. made several calls to company, call manufacuture of product, they called, no action. Called several more time. It is now October and no diswasher yet. they promised delivery next Wednsday but no confirmation yet. blaming manufacturer.
