My wife and kids were complaining that our 18 year old builder furnace simply wasn't heating the house evenly so we decided to get several quotes on replacing it. Comfort Gurus had excellent reviews all around and gave us the best quote by far. Their initial inspection was very thorough, they checked the furnace, hot water tank, humidifier and AC but did not try to upsell us on anything. They clearly explained the marketing behind furnaces and helped us choose the appropriate one for our home. They arranged the energy audit and were available immediately afterward for Installation which was flawless, they literally roll out the red carpet to cover your floors and stairs and keep the jobsite spotless. We very pleasantly surprised by the price especially compared to the other quotes we got. They are very honest and do not pressure at all. And most importantly now my wife and kids are happy again...life is good.

We found Durham Covers via the Internet, they had great reviews and after chatting we felt secure doing business with them. They dropped by our house to verify measurements and offer options which we appreciated. We decided to order the cover and also replace our lifter. The quality of the cover and lifter is excellent, certainly much better than the one that came with the tub and their pricing is great as well. We are happy to highly recommend them and hope your experience is as good as ours.

I received several quotes to install one basement egress window in our home. We have larger basement windows so the width was fine just needed an opening about 6" deeper. Of the 3 quotes I received Slavo was the most competitive (one quote was almost double!). He came by our home to inspect and provided us with the region's bylaw document to confirm that we were meeting standards. He did an excellent job on the install, completing it on time and certainly to our satisfaction. Great young guy who we are sure will be very successful. We have no issue recommending him and are confident you will be very pleased with the results.

After getting 3 quotes I was most impressed with Convertible Air, Marnie was the only one who caught that we had an issue with the AC coil in our furnace. In addition the other two could not match Convertible's price. We replaced our rental water tank with a Canadian made John Wood energy star model, huge difference in how much hot water we now have. Our builder's 2.5 ton AC unit was replaced with the Amana Distinctions 16 seer model, just be forewarned this unit is easily double the size of the old one but we are looking forward to the hydro savings. Toby and Drew did the install, very impressed with how efficient they were, tarps put down everywhere and everything perfectly cleaned up afterwards. They arrived right on time and finished in 4 hours. I already have some friends and neighbours booking with Convertible as well, always great to be able to recommend a reputable efficient company that installs a quality product and has been around for 49 years!! Hope your experience will be as good as ours has been, now we are looking forward to hot showers and staying cool all summer!
