we had a complete system installed earlier this year by roy inch and it was now time for an inspection before winter set in. an appt had been preset. we confirmed with the office and were advised larry curts would be arriving between 4 and 6 last thursday. larry called to confirm about 4:30 and arrived shortly thereafter. he completely flushed out the a.c. and inspected the furnace. he advised that all was pristine and that the filter was in good shape and there was a spare there, if needed. an appt has been set for oct 25, 2018 between 4-6. we are very pleased with the service.

This was the second, possibly third visit to clean the ducts at our home in Watford. We received an earlier call confirming location/directions as we live in the country. Milton and Andy arrived within time stated; they reviewed the location of the vents/air ducts and immediately set up the equipment on the red carpet. The work was completed within an hour plus a few minutes and all equipment returned to the truck. This is, I believe, the third time that Milton has visited. He and anyone with him (this time it was Andy) is very efficient and willing to answer any questions. We are quite pleased with the service provided and will use their service again.
