Contacted Kevin to take down 2 ceiling fans and replace them with light fixtures. He was professional, friendly and extremely competent. He ran into a few snags and solved them asap. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend him for your next Housecall.

My bathroom taps were getting harder and harder to turn and needed new cartridges. Gary answered my service request immediately and ordered the parts. They kept me informed re delivery of the parts. While I ended up getting a whole new faucet set (my choice) their professional manner, accomodation to my working hours and competence at the job were outstanding! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

I emailed Salter Electric after several months of a kitchen renovation nightmare. Steve called me about an hour later and came to my home the same day. Two weeks later (because that was the first available Hydro Ottawa booking) the job was done. They changed my panel from fuses to breakers, copper tipped all outlet and switches, checked all ceiling lights and wired my kitchen. Showed up exactly as stated at 7:15 and left 10 minutes earlier than promised at 2:50pm. Polite, friendly, efficient guys and I can't thank them enough for a job well done.

Very good experience with the man, he took a look at a cameo and other jewellery including cleaning my ring i was wearing, he knows what he is talking about is very good at what he does and talks in a gentle way and is very personable and is "real", he is not pushy.

The bathroom reno was great! The Riobel Thermostatic Cartrige was not. They've had "lots of problems" with them but none in stock and I am without hot water in the shower for at least a week. Not acceptable.

I had a really bad bathroom, rotten floor, rotten wall and Tremblay Reno went out of their way to fix everything and keep their mess to a minimum. They were on budget and only a few days late in finishing after finding many unexpected problems.
