My Ridge Cap shingles on my roof had prematurely failed and it was in desperate need of replacement. I checked HomeStar and found the top rated contractor and reached out to Marcelo. That was the best decision I made! Marcelo was super responsive, he followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with his quote. Even better, he was able to send his crew out the next day to replace all of the ridge cap shingles. His crew is extremely polite. friendly and professional! I went up on the roof and we reviewed what was to be done. In half a day his crew was cleaning everything up and putting the finishing touches on. I inspected the work and it was Perfect! All the nail heads were properly caulked, and all of the new ridge caps were perfectly aligned. His team cleaned the roof and around the house. Without hesitation I recommend Marcelo 110%. I am extremely happy with my purchase! It is often difficult to buy on-line not being able to actually see the product in person. However, this range hood surpassed my expectations. Extremely good quality in workmanship and design. It is super easy to install and best of all it is very very quiet! I couldn't believe how silent this fan is low and high. Shipping is super fast. I placed the order last Tuesday at 10am and received my Fedex shipping confirmation a few hours later and it arrived on-time 4 days later. We went to the Spring Home Show this year to try and select a Window vendor to replace all of our windows. We stopped by the Euro-Seal booth and met with Victor - co-owner or manager - a very nice man who explained their window systems and said he would come out personally and give us an estimate. We also met with all the other window vendors at the show and requested estimates as well. When Victor came to measure the windows and give us the estimate he took time to review each window and made some really good recommendations for different options. Pretty much all of the other vendors just provided estimate for our existing sliders. In addition, Victor actually provided us with the estimate on the spot. Every other vendor took the measurements and got back to use at least 5-7 days later. I was impressed with Victors "old school" way of estimating (i.e. pen and paper). After reviewing all of the estimates we decided to go with Euro-Seal. Their price was competitive but more importantly their product was superior. They were the only manufacturer who had foam filled cavities in the frame. Before we signed, we wanted to see their facility as my neighbors were warning us that many window companies say they are manufacturers but are really only distributors for Window City or Vinyl Built windows. So my wife and I arranged to meet with Victor at his shop. It was nothing fancy but we got to see the windows one more time before signing. Further, Victor gave us a tour of his manufacturing plant which put my mind at ease - yes they do indeed manufacture every window at their location! Once we signed with them (it was a Wed) on the Friday the installer Leon came out to measure all the window openings. On the Monday Victor called and arranged for the installation date (5 weeks into the future). Fast forward 5 weeks to this week - Leon and his crew replaced all 21 windows in 1.5 days. A window is really only as good as it's installation! Leon and his crew were not only fast, they are extremely clean and professional! Leon is a great craftsman who takes pride in his work and did an outstanding job! We noticed pretty much right away how much quieter our house is - the foam filled cavities actually do work.
