Krys did a excellent job of performing the annual maintenance of the Lennox furnace and A/C. Just bought the home and knew the previous owners had not kept up the maintenance. Entered into a maintenance agreement with Roy Inch & Sons for ongoing maintenance. Krys also noted that our rental water heater was getting on in years and setup a replacement program for us. Only concern was that the coolant level was checked, but Krys assured me that the A/C would be fine for the summer. Good service and very customer focused. Spent quality time making sure both devices were well cleaned and in good shape. (Button's in Toronto could learn a thing or too about customer service from Inch's team). Been away from St Thomas for fourty years, but the Roy Inch team still give the same courteous service that the company was based on back when they were on Talbot Street in St. Thomas.
