We contracted MJL Construction in June 2020 to build a new, pressure treated, 16x16, two-level backyard deck, as well as replace a pre-existing 85’ shared neighbour fence. Mike was consistently responsive to our inquiries and receptive to our questions and needs. He took the time to listen and supported any changes we made – even those that were likely a little last minute. During the project Mike maintained a clean site and ensured things were tidy at the end of each day’s work. The end result exceeded our expectations. The quality of the materials and Mike’s craftsmanship were excellent. This deck and fence will be here on our property long after we are! I’d also like to note that our construction projects took place during the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Mike and his crew were able to maintain physical distancing requirements ensuring the safety of our family, for which we are extremely appreciative.
