Last year we moved into a new house, and didn't get AC from the builder. Axis had dropped off flyers around the neighbourhood for a group buy opportunity, but I ignored it. Luckily my neighbour talked to me about the deal. Unfortunately I called Axis 1 day later than the expiry of the deal, however, they honoured it anyway, even though they had to give me a newer model of AC. Installation was quick, and the guys were very personable and respectful of our property. The equipment doesn't have the best rating in the industry, but for the price, and with a 10 year warranty I thought it was worth the risk.

I contacted many eavestroughing companies in Ottawa, and Precision was by far the friendliest and was very patient. Being a new community, I canvassed the neighbourhood for others who were interested in getting together for a group buy. I gathered approx. 12 households, and Precision gave us about $100 off regular price through the group buy. There were some issues with the fascia from our builder, and the majority of us had to wait to install the eavestrough. Despite that, Mario at Precision was extremely patient, and had no problem waiting to install until this was fixed by the builder. I will definitely hire them again.

We dealt with the commercial sales division since our builder was giving us a credit towards kitchen appliances. It was extremely difficult to actually pay them, and was hard to reach our rep whenever I had a question. If you're willing to put up with calling them several times and threatening to cancel your order, you will save some bucks, but if you don't want the hassle, try another store.
