Enercare SELLS THE WORST PRODUCTS AND THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , I bought a brand new Amana Furnace in May,2016 and I paid almost $5K and the furnace got broken 3 times since then , the last time is today , I called the "24/7 CALL SUPPORT " and she told me sorry I can't book you an appointment , the computer does not allow me , and she tried to call the maintenance department and they don't answer the phone , so she asked me to call back tomorrow after 8 am , the house is freezing now and the temperature is going down by the minute . when I asked to talk to a supervisor to file a complaints, she said: THE SUPERVISOR WILL CALL YOU BACK WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS . My advice to everyone : DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE FROM ENERCARE because simply " THEY DON'T CARE".
