I had some siding blow off about 2-3 stories high. Marcelo came and was able to take a look at the damage and give me quotes for 2 different options - he had actually recommended that I opt for the cheaper of the two options. There was no pressure to upsell anything unlike other contractors I was dealing with. Throughout the process, Marcelo was very responsive to calls, texts, and emails and receptive to requests as well. The job was completed quickly and the jobsite was left clean. My neighbor is a pain in the a$$ and there were no complaint from her after the fact. After the job was completed, Marcelo gave us a day to inspect the work before we had to submit the balance due. I found a few minor things I wanted done and Marcelo came the same day (on a Sunday evening to boot) and fixed it up for me. MCBM is a great company. I will definitely be going back to them again for any future needs.

I am not sure the approximate cost of the windows because my father hired these guys, but I am here to let everyone know what is going on with my windows. My father had the windows replaced approx. 5 years ago. At least 2 of the 6 windows are leaking. One of them is especially bad and has caused significant water damage. They did not extend the flashing out far enough and over enough. I can stick 2 fingers into the hole into the corner - see the pic below. Water and snow collect onto the exterior ledge and leak right into the house. Unfortunately, I had the couch pressed up against the wall and didn't notice it until it was too late. Do yourself a favour and pay a little more and get the job done right.

We called Gates because we heard a squirrel in the attic. They came and closed up "all" of the entry points and put in a one way trap to catch the squirrel. They removed the squirrel and gave us a 1 year guarantee that if the squirrel came back that it would be removed. 2 months later another squirrel was back in my attic. We called them to come remove it. They sent some one out and looked at all of the entry points that they had sealed up and said that all of the entry points were still sealed and there are no new entry points and for us to keep an ear open to ensure there was indeed something in the attic. Every night I would hear scratching. 1 month later I took the day off work and called them again so that I could tell them where I hear the squirrels. someone came, climbed on my roof and left a sticky note on my door and that said there are no entry points and that it wasn't squirrels and that it may be other rodents. I ended up having to climb into my attic to set a trap and sure enough I caught a squirrel. Thanks a lot Gates. Waste of money.
